The master's in educational leadership (EDUL) prepares and empowers bold, visionary and inclusive leaders for educational institutions, both schools and universities. It is intended to promote strong educational practices by equipping leaders with skills, knowledge and dispositions held by the most transformational educational leaders across the globe.
Why EDUL in blended format?
A blended program is one that combines face-to-face and online instruction. The purpose of this alternative delivery format is to engage a wider diversity of students across Egypt. This program can involve mid-career professionals from various geographical regions of Egypt, especially those unable to attend classes in AUC New Cairo two weeknights per week.

Graduates of the MA in educational leadership will understand and be able to apply principles of instructional leadership, school or university governance, general leadership skill, organizational theory, program evaluation and more. Within concentrations, students explore applications, evidence and theory related to the particular types of institutions in which they work — schools or universities
The Graduate School of Education will host a blended EDUL program for a closed cohort of 15 students, starting fall 2016. Classes will be held at AUC New Cairo on Saturdays and online.
The blended EDUL program will accept new students in the fall of every other year. Additional admission requirements apply.
