This certificate provides practical guidelines for business professionals interested in exploring the opportunities that digital marketing offers in order to manage and enhance the visibility of their products or services in today’s market space. The Achievement Certificate in Sales and Marketing provides knowledge about how markets operate and buyers behave. The career certificate in digital marketing enhances the skills and abilities to develop strategies that increase revenue while raising the level of professionalism and growth in the areas of market research, planning, and digital and social media marketing tools.

Admission Requirements:

  • Applicants must obtain the score for course ENGGB1A on the SEPT or passing ENGGA2D.

  • Applicants must have basic computer literacy.

Learners are assessed throughout the term by assignments (lesson plans, observation tasks, practical teaching practice, and written reflections) and a written exit test. The final grade is therefore an accumulation of continual and achievement assessment for which the minimum accepted score is 70 percent. Final course grades are NOT based on attendance, since in accordance with SCE’s attendance policy, trainees must attend at least 75 percent of the class sessions in order to be allowed to take the final examination.
